To add products or services to your account, follow these instructions:
1. Logon to your Personal Account
2. Activate the “Services” dropdown menu
3. Select “Order New Services”
4. Activate the “Show Menu” button at top left of page (un-hides the Categories menu)
5. Select the category of product/service you want to add
6. Activate the “Order Now” button associated with your selected product/service
This opens your Shopping Cart which allows you to perform the following tasks:

Remove the product/service from the cart (locate “Remove” under each Description)

Empty Cart completely

Enter a Promotional Code and validate it

Continue Shopping
-
Checkout and complete the order
7. Activate the “Checkout” button when you are ready to make a purchase
8. Ensure “Your Details” are correct
9. Select your “Payment Method”
10. Enter any additional notes or information is the provided block
11. Check “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service
12. Activate the “Complete Order” button
Note: If you select “Pay Offline” as your method of payment, it will greatly delay your ordering process. Paying Offline is like making a payment at the actual store, or swiping a card through a cell phone app at point of service. Paying Offline requires us to meet face-to-face.
Paying by “PayPal” is the safest and quickest way to process your order. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal. PayPal will allow you to pay from your credit card, bank transfer, or electronic check.
The “Mail In Payment” method lets you mail a check, money order, or cash (not recommended) to Inphase. Your order will not be processed until the payment is received.
